Commissioner Shane Jones reported his crews built up a road on “Q” Street, installed new culverts, cleaned ditches, hauled material and graded roads; crews also plowed and sanded during the snowstorm and performed equipment maintenance. Commissioner Jason Shanks said his crews bladed roads and hauled sand, and Commissioner Jeff Kreger reported districtwide plowing, sanding and salting operations and equipment upkeep.
The reports were given as routine operational updates; no formal motions or budget actions were recorded specifically for storm response in the Jan. 29 minutes. The board recorded the reports for public record and thanked crews for maintaining operations during the weather event.
