At its Jan. 12 meeting the Facilities Authority unanimously approved acceptance of Jan. 5 minutes (moved by Josh Powers, seconded by Ryan John) and later unanimously approved a motion to adjourn.
Josh Powers moved to approve the acceptance of the minutes of Jan. 5, 2026; Ryan John seconded the motion and Powers, John and Chair Johnny Owens voted aye with no nay votes recorded.
Later in the meeting Powers moved to adjourn; John seconded and the members voted unanimously to adjourn. The minutes show no public comments and no new business was offered during the session.
The meeting was held at 9:00 a.m. in Room 302 of the Comanche County Courthouse in Lawton and the minutes were attested by County Clerk Carrie Tubbs.
