The Oneida County Planning & Development Committee on July 8, 2026 denied a proposed reconfiguration affecting parcels described as part of the SE NW, Section 28, T37N, R9E (PINs PL-586-3, PL-586-4 and PL-586) in the Town of Pine Lake under Chapter 15, Section 15.31(2) of the Subdivision and Platting Ordinance. The committee voted to deny the request (mover: Bob Almekinder; second: Billy Fried) and directed the property owner and Jon Bandow to work with Planning staff to craft a new proposal for a future meeting.
Separately, the committee discussed Lots 1, 2, 19 and part of Lot 18, Block 9, Village of Minocqua, concerning the Town of Minocqua’s denial of an administrative review permit regarding parking. Committee member Billy Fried spoke on behalf of the Town of Minocqua; after discussion the committee moved to take no action at this time (mover: Dan Hess; second: Bob Almekinder). Both motions carried with all members present voting aye.
