The Oneida County Planning & Development Committee approved a Conditional Use Permit for Nathan Waterhouse and Jacob Schultz to operate a manufactured and modular home dealership on the NW NE and part of the NE NE, Section 10, (parcels CA-141 and CA-142) in the Town of Cassian. Staff read the hearing notice (published June 23 and 30, 2026; posted June 18) and recommended ten conditions to govern the use.
Primary conditions require recording a certified survey map combining parcels CA-141 and CA-142 prior to issuance of zoning permits; obtaining required town, county and state permits and state-approved plans as applicable; compliance with WDNR stormwater and erosion permits and additional wetland permits if required; signage and parking compliance under county ordinance chapters 9.78 and 9.77; specified hours of operation (Mon–Fri 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Sat 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.); screened dumpsters; and downcast exterior lighting. The committee conferred with staff and the applicant and approved the CUP with the ten conditions (mover: Billy Fried; second: Dan Hess).
