Robinson, Norman) and named individual bidders including Atwell Roofing Co., MCG LLC, and Oklahoma Roofing Inc. & Sheet Metal LLC. The board initially accepted the bids and tabled decisioning while Purchasing and Crosslands tabulated and qualified submissions. Later in the meeting, upon recommendation from Crosslands representatives Lane McMillan and Nathan Burris, Chairman Rod Cleveland moved and the board voted to award the low bid to Atwell Roofing Company Inc. in the amount of $170,250.00; the motion passed 3-0.
