Inspector says two shipping containers on premises were not included on approved diagram

Inspector Jessica Lopez told the hearing she discovered two shipping containers on the licensed premises that were not included on any approved premises diagram and therefore constitute an unauthorized modification. Lopez said the containers had been present since before she began inspecting in 2020 and that no modification application had been submitted to include them.
Enforcement counsel asked the hearing officer to require a specific modification application for those containers and proposed a 60-day deadline; Licensee Ivan Garcia and his staff said they would submit a modification focused solely on the containers. Lopez and Bullard emphasized that the modification should be narrowly tailored to those containers and nothing else.
