Inspector: Evergreen’s DVR system failed to meet county requirements for retention and camera labeling

Inspector Jessica Lopez told the hearing that surveillance at Evergreen Nursery Farms fell short of Pueblo County standards. Lopez said the facility’s DVR coverage ‘‘only went back to the 2nd, which was insufficient for that 30 days’’ and that some camera images lacked date, time or location stamps, complicating the county’s ability to verify activity.
Lopez also reported cameras that were blocked from showing ingress and egress points and at least one camera that was upside down. She said an approved camera-diagram was not on site, which hindered her ability to match camera feeds to specific rooms. The county admitted the inspector’s compliance report into the record as Exhibit 1 for clarity.
