Board approves Pay Application No. 3 as pump shipment delays continue

Lederer said future tree cutting will continue after work is completed and that the installation schedule depends on utility hookups. Trustee Chuck Mueller moved to approve Pay Application No. 3 for advance construction; Trustee Rachell Fuller seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
The board approved the payment installment to keep the project moving while staff coordinates final utility work and tree-removal scheduling.
