The Woodward County Board of County Commissioners on July 13 approved the minutes of its previous meeting and a package of routine financial reports and purchase orders.
A motion by Thorn to approve the previous meeting minutes was seconded by Vice-Chairman Troy White and recorded as "all ayes." The board also approved the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards ending June 30, 2026 in the amount of $30,103.81, a Case Balance Summary Report totaling $210,737.02, and the Court Clerk's Records Management & Preservation Monthly Report for $107,605.12. The board approved multiple purchase order batches: #121 FY 25/26, #2 FY 26/27, and #122 FY 25/26 (Bank of America). All motions were made and seconded during the meeting and recorded as unanimous.
