CDA presents progress on Carver Place, Carver Oaks and Trails Edge Senior projects

Staff also explained income targeting and subsidy types used at specific properties: Section 811 units, project‑based vouchers and VA supportive housing set‑asides for veterans were cited as tools to serve people experiencing homelessness and those with disabilities. "All households are at or below 60% of area median income," staff said describing Carver Place, and the presentation listed unit mixes and program funding sources for the projects.
The updates were presented as information during the work session; no formal board action was taken.
