The Kay County Excise Board approved a Certificate of Contributions appropriating $1,652.88 to the Kay County Health Department for Maintenance & Operation for December 2025. The motion was made by Rod Reese and seconded by Christy Kennedy and recorded as carrying with all three members voting aye.
In a separate motion, the board approved reimbursements to the General Fund Account for Unappropriated Court in the amount of $17,589.82 for November 2025. That motion was also carried by unanimous recorded vote. Both items were recorded as routine budget transactions in the minutes.
