The Comanche County Facilities Authority elected Johnny Owens as chairman and Ryan John as vice chairman at its regular meeting on Jan. 5, 2026. Josh Powers moved to elect Owens and John, the motion was seconded, and Powers, John and Owens voted aye, carrying the motion.
The election followed the board's approval of the Dec. 29, 2025 minutes earlier in the meeting. The procedural actions were recorded by County Clerk Carrie Tubbs, and the authority adjourned after completing scheduled reports and approvals.
