The Oneida County Planning & Development Committee unanimously denied a request to reconfigure property described as part of the SE NW, Section 28, T37N, R9E (PINs PL-586-3, PL-586-4 and PL-586) in the Town of Pine Lake. Staff presented the proposal under Chapter 15, Section 15.31(2) of the Subdivision and Platting Ordinance and discussed concerns with the configuration. The committee conferred with staff and consultants Jon Bandow and Scott Norine; Bob Almekinder moved, and Billy Fried seconded, a motion to deny the reconfiguration request, which passed with all members voting “Aye.”
The committee directed the property owner and consultant to work with department staff to develop a new proposal and return it to a future meeting. The denial is administrative and does not preclude the owner from submitting a revised plan that addresses staff concerns and ordinance requirements.
