The New Harmony Town Council approved plans for a manufactured home to be installed on Sherise Woolsey’s lot on 100 South during its June 3 meeting. The council accepted the plans by unanimous vote after Larsen advised the applicant about a high water table in that area.
Pace moved to accept the plans, Batty seconded, and the motion carried unanimously. The mayor and council did not record additional conditions beyond Larsen’s advisory note about groundwater; any permit or installation steps will proceed under the town’s normal permitting process.
