No members of the public spoke during the hearing. The committee approved the CUP on a motion by Billy Fried, second by Dan Hess, with all members voting “Aye.”
The Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Northwoods River News on June 23 and 30, 2026, with a proof of publication placed in the file and the notice posted at the courthouse bulletin board on June 18, 2026. Applicants must follow the staff conditions and obtain any required permitting before commencing dealership operations.
