Among the actions, the board moved $300,000 from County Clerk Records Management/Preservation Fund personnel services to its M&O account (115170-51000 to 115170-54000) and shifted $84,848.25 into District 2 General Fund M&O from a District 2 revolving account. Other smaller transfers included $500 to Equalization Board travel and $2,600 to Farm Market Fund salary.
The motion to approve the listed transfers was moved, seconded and carried by roll call with all members voting yes. The minutes record each transfer by fund code and amount for the county’s accounting record.
The transfers will be reflected in FY2025 departmental budgets and internal accounting records; the clerk will include the transfer details in the minutes attachment.
