Commission selects photos, agrees to add town-plan objectives to website; flags Tinmouth Pond note for regional planners

Separately, during discussion of the regional-plan webinar, a commissioner noted the regional slides list "Tinwoth Pond" as a high-density or high-growth area but cautioned that Tinmouth Pond (normalized spelling) lacks remaining available lots for new camps or infill. The commission asked the regional planners to send slides and to clarify the designation so the regional plan does not imply inappropriate development opportunities.
The commission scheduled a joint May 8 meeting with the selectboard on regional-plan changes and set a target of having the town plan ready for final review by May 15.
