"I'll make a motion to allow Melody to be the signer of the contract for the construction of the pavilion," the chair said, and the board approved the motion by voice vote. Members asked staff to coordinate contract paperwork with Gail (town administrative contact) and to confirm payments will be routed through the town’s usual accounts once invoices are received and approved.
