Deputy III Dr. Sharon Davis presented four names from Officer of Interest forms and the Board accepted those persons as election officers who will work during Early Voting. The meeting record notes that updated oaths for all Officers of Election were completed and a revised Election Officer roster was posted on the bulletin board.
Chief Deputy Lisa A. Cosby named at least one officer by name, Theadore Richard Jr., as among those who will assist during Early Voting. Cosby said a training schedule will be issued; a training calendar was described as forthcoming to ensure staff and officers are prepared for the Feb. 27 start of early voting for the April 14 referendum and for the March 6 start for the April 21 election.
