Le Sueur County’s Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a Delegation Agreement for Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) prevention inspection of water-related equipment on Jan. 20, 2026. Water Resources Planner Trevor Rudenick presented the agreement, which covers inspections from Jan. 20, 2026 through Jan. 31, 2028.
The board voted to approve the agreement on a motion by Commissioner Steve Rohlfing, seconded by Commissioner John King. The minutes record that the motion carried unanimously; no public comment or dissent was recorded on the item.
