Le Sueur County’s Board of Commissioners adopted an amended Findings and Order for County Ditch 15 on Jan. 20, 2026, accepting staff recommendations on redetermined benefits and damages for the Dorothy Knish properties (parcel IDs 06.015.2600, 06.015.2650 and 06.015.5000). The board reconvened the continuation of the public hearing at 10:00 a.m., heard presentations from legal counsel and consultants, and voted unanimously to adopt the document.
John Kolb, attorney with Rinke Noonan, presented the purpose of the hearing and Scott Henderson of H2Overviewers reviewed the proposed amendments to the Findings and Order. The board opened public comment and recorded zero speakers. On a motion carried unanimously, the board approved the amended Findings and Order accepting the redetermined benefits and damages as recommended by staff. The board chair then closed the public hearing and reconvened regular business.
