Jolene Wille moved to adopt the presented schedule and John Sutcliffe seconded; the motion carried 5-0. Meeting materials were distributed in advance to Board members and made available at the entrance to the County Board Room and electronically for attendees.
The Board also moved to receive all applications, submittals and reports into the record, noting that copies of materials were available to the public.
