The Chisago County Board of Adjustment & Appeals unanimously elected Gregg Carlson as its 2026 chair and Chip Yeager as vice chair during its Jan. 29 meeting at the County Government Center.
Doug Greene nominated Gregg Carlson for chair and Chip Yeager seconded the nomination; the Board affirmed Carlson by a 5-0 vote. John Sutcliffe then nominated Chip Yeager for vice chair, with Jolene Wille seconding; the Board affirmed Yeager by a 5-0 vote. The actions were taken at the start of the meeting after staff called roll and established a quorum.
The elections were part of routine organizational business that also included the unanimous approval of the meeting agenda, the Oct. 30, 2025 minutes and the formal receipt of submitted applications and reports into the record. The meeting convened at 7:00 p.m. and was adjourned at 7:19 p.m.
