Dr. Sarah Miller-Wyatt called the meeting to order, the agenda was adopted by motion from Ms. Susan Bachmeier and seconded by Commissioner Shirley Randleman, and all motions during the meeting carried unanimously.
Attendees listed in the minutes were: Ms. Adina Watkins; Dr. Sarah Miller-Wyatt; Ms. Martha Brame; Commissioner Shirley Randleman; Ms. Susan Bachmeier; Ms. Rachel Willard; Ms. Nancy Moretz; and Ms. Jenna Daye. The minutes state that no public concerns were raised. Ms. Martha Brame moved to adjourn; Ms. Adina Watkins seconded and the board adjourned.
