Board sends notice for unpermitted driveway and approves three driveway permits

The Chair presented a notice for 3 Old Town Road after observing excavation without a driveway permit; the board approved signing the notice to require the property owner to submit a driveway application. “They have started digging in, but they have not taken out a driveway permit or applied for it,” the Chair said, and members voted to sign the notice.
The board also approved a construction driveway permit for Burn Drive after meeting with the homeowner and approved both construction and operations driveway permits for 5 Sarnin Road so the homeowner could proceed toward occupancy. Commissioners noted they verified work with DPW and planned to scan and email permit documents to applicants.
