Board signs off on $49,000 water manifest; most is an internal transfer
Summary
The board approved a $49,000 water manifest that largely reflects a $48,000 internal transfer into the water assessment account; the only net cash expense noted was $1,000 to Kenny Brothers Tree Service for clearing around the Summit Pump House.

The Chair explained the $49,000 water manifest is primarily an internal accounting transfer: approximately $48,000 is being moved from a hookups account into the water assessment account, leaving only a $1,000 cash payment to Kenny Brothers Tree Service to clear vegetation at the Summit Pump House. “If I got this correctly, we are transferring 48,000 from the water service service's hookup count into the water assessment account,” the Chair said.
Board members confirmed the transaction is a wash between accounts and voted to approve the water manifest by voice vote. The Chair noted the $1,000 payment to Kenny Brothers Tree Service for Summit Pump House clearing as the only outgoing expense on this manifest.
