Supervisor Matt Wolle moved to approve the contract and Vice Chairman Bret Braaten seconded. The motion carried 4-0 (Affirmative: Braaten, Ekstrom, Enger, Wolle). The contract describes practice "3 80 windbreak/shelterbelt" and the board recorded the price increase as due to selecting larger trees when the originally sized stock was not available.
