Falcon Heights approves consent items to facilitate Fairway Commons development; disbursements reported

The resolutions approved by consent included authorization to purchase community park furnishings (Resolution 26‑63), an estoppel certificate for Fairway Commons, an encroachment agreement for 1670 Larpenteur Avenue, and a declaration for maintenance of stormwater facilities for Fairway Commons. Linehan also reported the Fairway Commons project (Valair) planned to close on the property Friday and begin construction Monday, starting with the parking lot. The consent agenda was moved by Mayor Randall C. Gustafson and approved 5‑0.
