The board found violations and ordered property owners to be in compliance by Dec. 2, 2026, in a case involving a relocated CO2 bottle and permitting responsibilities.
A property representative said his vendor, NewCo, had given mixed information about permit requirements for moving a tank. “I don’t recommend you do that because it’s not your tank,” the representative quoted city permitting staff as saying; he urged the vendor to pull the necessary permits. The inspector confirmed that moving the tank within the site could require permits and recommended the vendor submit the application.
The board voted to find the violation exists and ordered compliance by Dec. 2, 2026, after which a $50 per day fine would be imposed and recorded if the matter remains unresolved.
