County Manager Thomas Weaver advised Ms. Smith to confirm health‑department setbacks and approvals before committing to a purchase or installation of a replacement unit.
The board closed the hearing on Feb. 24 and approved the CUP at the Feb. 27 called meeting. The approval is conditioned on the removal of the current structure and passing required inspections and permits.
