Planning & Zoning recommended approval, subject to compliance with county building and zoning codes and health‑department requirements. The Wootens said they have installed power, water and septic infrastructure; the health department inspected the septic and staff recorded that the required notification sign timing was discussed during the hearing. No neighbors registered formal opposition on the sign‑in sheet; Commissioner Timothy Biddle said he had no objection despite owning property adjacent to the site.
The Commission approved the Wootens' CUP at a called meeting on Feb. 27; approval is conditioned on completion of required permits and inspections and filing of the plat as necessary.
