Board vacates parts of two township lanes; sets viewing and hearing dates for Glen Este‑Withamsville road vacation

Craig Risner, Deputy Surveyor for the County Engineer's Office, described the vacation areas (Larma Lane: 0.017 miles; Wuebold Lane: 0.18 miles), noted existing public utilities (Clermont County Water Resources) and said the proposed vacation "will not create any landlocked parcels." No members of the public testified and no correspondence was received during the hearing.
Separately, attorney Ryan Spitzer advised the Board that state statute requires viewing and notice procedures for road vacations; the Board acknowledged a separate request to vacate a portion related to the Glen Este‑Withamsville/Aicholtz Road roundabouts project and set a public Viewing for April 21, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. and a Public Hearing for April 23, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., with legal notice to publish beginning April 10 for two weeks. The Board retained utility ingress/egress rights for affected easements in the earlier vacation matter.
