The Board also authorized a Professional Services Statement of Work with CBTS Technology Solutions, LLC to implement Microsoft Teams Voice calling for county offices at a not‑to‑exceed amount of $591,775 for a five‑year term (April 14, 2025–April 13, 2030), contingent on release of the required purchase order. Commissioner Painter asked whether the change to internet‑based voice would alter voice‑line costs; Chris Davis, Director of Information Systems, said he would investigate. The Board approved both items by unanimous vote.
