The Board authorized David L. Painter, or another board member in his absence, to execute a Proposal for Service with Vertiv Corporation for replacement of batteries on the Liebert Uninterruptible Power Supply at the Clermont County Communications Center at a cost not to exceed $39,764.66.
The contract authorizes replacement of batteries and execution of a maintenance rider in compliance with the proposal; the work is to occur during normal business hours and is contingent on release of the required purchase order. No vote split was recorded; the motion passed as part of the consent agenda.
