Separately, the board approved a $3,000 change order to add tree and brush removal for the New Kensington CDBG 2026-1 demolition project. That motion was also moved by Mr. Merdian, seconded by Ms. Parry, and carried unanimously. Both change orders were recorded in the minutes without further debate on scope or schedule.
