"The organization is prepared for changing fiscal conditions in the near-term," Lawrence said, listing rebidding delays at the Royer building and slow contractor invoicing as contributing factors.
Lawrence also noted changes in specific accounts: an increase in Due From Other Government Units tied to a pending Service Agreement with the county, and higher Accounts Payable in the Community Redevelopment Fund related to multiple Accessible Housing projects completed at the end of May. He added that reduced spending and recent personnel changes will delay savings, leaving the organization "approximately $70,000 behind projections." After the presentation, the board unanimously approved the previous month's financial statements.
