Commissioners allocate extra room for public defender, reserve remaining offices to manager discretion

Commissioner Robson moved to give the public defender another room and leave remaining vacant offices to the county manager’s discretion; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The county manager said staff would continue to work with the public defender and the reentry council to try to find workable space solutions if additional needs arise.
