Finance Director Patrick Dolan reported all FY25 financial documents have been provided to auditors and that two months into FY26 expenses are favorable to budget. Later in the meeting, commissioners approved the Treasurer’s Warrant as presented: General Fund $60,686.99; Jail $229,673.83; Unorganized Territory $181,049.53; TIF Community Benefit $23,484.00 for a total of $494,894.35 (Resolution 25-164).
Commissioner Cyp Johnson moved to approve the warrant; Commissioner Joel Stetkis seconded and the motion carried 4-0. The minutes record that warrant documents and other items were signed during a brief recess and the meeting adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
