Board approves federal equitable sharing agreement and adjourns

The board approved the Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification (ESAC) and authorized the Board Chair and County Sheriff to sign the agreement. The motion to approve the ESAC was made by Member Bodie, seconded by Member Reed, and carried by the members present.
After approving the ESAC, the board moved to adjourn; the motion carried and the meeting was formally adjourned with attestations by County Auditor/Treasurer Kevin DeVriendt and County Board Chairperson Thomas R. Proulx recorded in the minutes.
