Member Bodie moved to approve the consent items, Member Reed seconded, and the motion carried on all yea votes of the members present (Bodie, Proulx and Reed); Members Plante Buhs and Zmyslony were absent.
Items included in the consent agenda were: approval of the Feb. 10, 2026 regular meeting minutes; issuance of a 2026 cigarette/tobacco license to Cocktails, Drafts, and Eats, Inc. (doing business as KR Bar and Grill); authorization for the County Land Commissioner to author and submit a letter supporting an aerial application as part of the county’s 2026 spongy moth mating disruption treatment program (letter on file at the County Land Department); and approval of a non-exclusive utility, ingress and egress easement over the east 33 feet of a parcel with PID 96-010-5645 (grantee to pay applicable survey and recording fees).
