The Unified Government of Cusseta–Chattahoochee County adopted its 2025 calendar of commission regular meetings and the county’s 2025 employee holiday schedule during the Dec. 3 session. The calendar sets alternating start times (9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) for regular meetings across the year and confirms that work sessions will be held on the fourth Monday of each month at 9:00 a.m., unless a holiday intervenes or venue changes are advertised.
The holiday schedule lists recognized dates including New Year’s Day (Jan. 1), Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Jan. 20), Memorial Day (May 26), Juneteenth (June 19), Independence Day (July 4) and others through Christmas. Commissioners approved the calendar and holiday list by motion during the regular meeting; the minutes record unanimous votes where applicable.
