Staff and attendees identified several alley segments that the Planning Commission and Town Council flagged for follow‑up research. The attachment and accompanying map list the alley between 7700 and 7600 E (running from 300 to 400 S); 7400 and 7500 E (300 to 400 S); 7300 and 7400 E (300 to 400 S); and 6800 and 6900 E (100 S to 200 N) as problem areas.
The presentation included examples of alleys that are blocked at both ends and alleys where wetlands or tree growth limit access. Songer asked for impartial, record‑based notices to owners and cited county maps showing historical alley locations. The council asked staff to research records and costs and to return with a plan for the next meeting.
