The Building Committee recommended the new facility be named "The Huntsville Hall at Town Square," with a preferred nickname of "The Hall." Steve Songer presented 29 initial name and logo options and said he would make adjustments and send a follow-up email with updated art. "The committees like Huntsville Hall and will call the building 'The Hall,'" committee members told the work session.
Committee members said they favored a circular mountain logo that echoes the town's existing identity. The design presentation prompted limited debate about aesthetics and branding rather than operations. The council did not make a formal vote on the name or logo during the work session and asked Songer to return updated files for review at a future meeting.
