Trustees adopt updates to multiple policies, including generative AI policy

The motion to adopt the updates was made by Trustee Matt Cox and seconded by Trustee Jared Kovick; the board approved the changes unanimously.
The minutes list policy numbers adopted (including 2650, 8140, 8160, 8170P, 8180 and related procedures, 8195, 8300P, and 8705). Several other policies were presented for first reading during the same meeting and will return for future action. The adopted policies will be incorporated into district procedures and communicated to staff as appropriate.
