Superintendent Mark Ranco said this is the district's fifth public budget session and described a communications plan that includes a mailed hard-copy newsletter called 'In the Loop' to every household and business in Rockport (initially twice this year, moving to three times), posting the budget book on the district website and a 'budget roadshow' of public presentations between Feb. 6 and Apr. 5. He said hard copies would be available at town hall and the library and encouraged residents to consult the town calendar for committee meeting schedules.
