"The ice rink vendor requires full payment upfront now that adds lead time, and funding efforts were still pending," the Chair said.
After discussion about priorities and available funds, members agreed to send formal advice to the town board recommending the town authorize purchase of the pipe to allow the ditch work to proceed. The board noted this is advisory only and that the town board would need to fund or approve the purchase; the Chair said they would send that recommendation formally.
