County Administrator Thomas J. Eigel requested and the Board approved adding a Letter of Intent to renew the contract with Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services to the day's agenda. The Board authorized David L. Painter, or another member in his absence, to execute the Letter of Intent to renew the contract for operation of the Clermont County Community Alternative Sentencing Center for the period June 3, 2025 through June 2, 2026, representing the second of four one-year renewal options under the existing contract ratified May 24, 2023.
The action also renews the associated lease agreement for the same one-year period. The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote. The Letter of Intent directs staff to proceed with the renewal process consistent with the terms of the underlying contract and lease.
