Clermont County advances several water infrastructure contracts and bond actions

Separately, the Board executed a professional services contract with Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc. for the Bethel Lift Station EQ Facility Project in Tate Township for pre-construction and construction administration services not to exceed $133,270.00, with performance expected within 480 consecutive calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The Board also approved Change Order Number 1 to Smith & Brown Contractors, Inc. for the Greenbriar Lift Station Improvements (a decrease of $81,525.56 and a non-compensable extension of 483 calendar days), and approved a partial release of retainage for Building Crafts, Inc. on the Newtonsville Wastewater Treatment Plant (Part A), releasing $157,959.97 in retainage and approving a progress payment of $15,574.00.
