Commissioners advertise bids for two water projects and award O’Bannon sewer relocation contract

Clermont County commissioners on March 19 adopted resolutions to advance several water and sewer projects and awarded one contract. The Board adopted Resolution No. 027-25 to make improvements and advertise for bids for the Bethel Lift Station EQ Facility (Project No. 6402-60198) with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for 04/10/2025 and bids due 04/24/2025. The Board also adopted Resolution No. 028-25 to advertise for bids on the Branch Hill Miamiville Road Water Main Replacement (Project No. 6401-60232) with a pre-bid meeting 04/08/2025 and bids due 04/17/2025.
Separately, the Board awarded the O’Bannon Trunk Sewer Relocation Project (Project No. 6402-60213) in Goshen Township to KT Holden Construction, LLC for the lowest and best bid received — a contract not to exceed $326,680.00 — contingent upon release of the required purchase order. All bid-authorizing resolutions and the contract award were approved by roll call.
