Good noted supervisors raised concerns that using the 6.8 acres behind the technical center could hinder future growth and expansion of the technical center. EDA members by consensus agreed the authority would be willing to partner on the project but that additional information—such as the total number of acres available—was needed from the county to finalize an arrangement.
No formal partnership agreement, budget allocation or timeline was approved at the meeting; members limited their action to consensus to explore partnership options pending further information from county staff.
